"If you have experienced the magnificent and immediate results of cupping or Rolfing you are in for a tremendous surprise. Suffering from intense inflammation in my hands I could make a fist for the first time is months. I could turn my neck without a cringe or a twinge. Mocha was extraordinary. Book your appt today. I had never heard of the Rossiter method and cannot imagine any other type of massage therapist. Mocha brings it all with love, compassion, and a no nonsense approach. Amazing.

The Body Remembers.
And I Listen.
This is where precision meets presence.
Where fascia becomes language.
Where leadership begins in the body.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to meet you — at the depth where your body already knows what it needs.
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience and over 8,000 bodies moved, I’ve refined the art of listening through touch.
Every line of tension, every layer of restriction, every breath held too long — it all speaks.
My work is the translation of that conversation into freedom.
One of the most profound tools I use is Rossiter Stretching Technique (RST) — a two-person, clothed, pin-and-stretch method that delivers immediate relief from pain and restriction.
In thirty minutes or less, the body reorganizes itself — connective tissue softens, mobility returns, breath expands, and space is restored.
What felt compressed becomes fluid. What was heavy becomes alive again.
With strategic anchoring (yes, I use my feet — intentionally) and precise movement sequences held within a locked framework, we access deep fascial layers and invite release.
You stay in control; I hold the structure for transformation to occur.
I’m certified in Rossiter Levels 1–4 and am one of only five practitioners worldwide to hold the title PainSlayer — a recognition of mastery and results in this system.
But Rossiter is only one expression of my craft.
I’m a translator of tension, a seer of systems, and a devoted guide to the body’s intelligence.
My presence is my method. My work is a mirror — reflecting what’s ready to move, release, and return to flow.
This isn’t about healing what’s broken.
It’s about reclaiming the brilliance that’s been waiting underneath.
If you’re ready to meet yourself on a new level — stronger, clearer, freer — I invite you to begin.
