No refunds are given under any circumstance, including illness or other unforeseen events.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or schedule change.

Appointments may be modified or canceled before the 24-hour window by logging into your account or using the link provided in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Late changes are non-refundable.
